How to Log Into the ODITech Client Area

The ODITech Client Area at https://my.oditech.com is your central hub for managing your services, viewing invoices, accessing your hosting credentials, and submitting support requests. This article will walk you through how to log in, what to do if you forget your password, and how to keep your account secure.

Logging In

  1. Open your web browser and go to https://my.oditech.com
  2. Enter the email address you used when you signed up for your ODITech account
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click Login

You will be taken to your client area dashboard where you can access all of your services and account information.

Forgot Your Password?

If you have forgotten your password you can reset it by following these steps:

  1. Go to https://my.oditech.com
  2. Click the Forgot Password? link below the login form
  3. Enter the email address associated with your ODITech account
  4. Click Submit
  5. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you do not see it in your inbox please check your spam or junk folder.
  6. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password

If you do not receive a password reset email or no longer have access to the email address on your account, please contact our support team for assistance at support@oditech.com or by calling 360-735-9299.

Keeping Your Account Secure

We strongly recommend the following to keep your ODITech account secure:

  • Use a strong unique password that you do not use on other websites
  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of security. See our article How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication for instructions
  • Never share your login credentials with anyone. If you need to give someone else access to your account, see our article Managing Account Access instead
  • Always log out when accessing your account from a shared or public computer
