Welcome to ODITech

Thank you for choosing ODITech for your hosting and technology needs. We have been specializing in FileMaker hosting and development since 1998, making us one of the first and most experienced FileMaker hosting companies in the industry. Our goal is to make sure you have everything you need to get up and running quickly and to support you every step of the way.

Your First Steps

After signing up, you should have received a welcome email containing your account credentials and service details. If you have not received this email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact our support team and we will resend it.

Your first step is to log into the ODITech Client Area at https://my.oditech.com. This is your central hub for managing your services, viewing invoices, accessing your hosting credentials, and submitting support requests. If you need help logging in or navigating the client area, see our article How to Log Into the ODITech Client Area.

Your Services

Once you are logged in, you can find your active services under the Services menu. Select the service below that matches what you signed up for to go directly to the relevant Knowledge Base section:

FileMaker Services

  • Dedicated FileMaker Server Hosting — Your own dedicated server running FileMaker Server, fully managed by ODITech. Your server will be assigned an ODITech hostname in the format clientname-fms-location.oditech.com and will include an SSL certificate for that hostname at no additional charge. If you would like to use your own domain name instead, see FileMaker Custom SSL Certificates below.
  • Shared FileMaker Server Hosting — Your FileMaker databases hosted on a shared FileMaker Server environment. You will connect to your databases using an ODITech hosted address.
  • FileMaker Licenses — Purchase and manage your Claris FileMaker licenses.
  • FileMaker Custom SSL Certificates — If you would like your Dedicated FileMaker Server to use your own domain name instead of your assigned ODITech hostname, you will need a FileMaker Custom SSL Certificate. Please note that FileMaker Server requires a specific type of SSL certificate — not all SSL certificates are compatible. If you do not yet have a domain name, ODITech can register one for you — see Domain Name Registration below.
  • FileMaker Development — Custom FileMaker development services by the ODITech team.

Web & Domain Services

  • Dedicated cPanel Server Hosting — Your own dedicated server with cPanel/WHM for websites and email. SSL certificates are included automatically via Let's Encrypt.
  • Shared Web Hosting — Shared web hosting with cPanel for websites and email. SSL certificates are included automatically via Let's Encrypt.
  • Domain Name Registration — Register and manage your domain names through ODITech. Having your domain registered with us makes it easy to manage everything in one place.

Our team is here to help you whenever you need us. You can reach us in the following ways:

Support Tickets & Email The fastest way to get help is to open a support ticket directly from your client area, or send an email to support@oditech.com. Emailing this address will automatically create a support ticket on your behalf. Ticket and email support is available 24/7 and you can typically expect a same-day response.

Phone Support You can reach us by phone at 360-735-9299. Our auto attendant will route your call to Sales, Billing, or Support. Phone support is available Monday through Friday, 8am–6pm Pacific Time.
