- Login to the customer portal.
- Select Services > My Services
- Select View Details next to your hosting account; the details page will display information about your hosting account. You can also view this information using your cPanel.
- How can I get more space if I have exceeded my quota or am approaching full?
- Very few people actually exceed the limits set with their hosting package, however, extra space is available in 1 gig increments. Each additional gig of space costs $5.00/month. When you go over your limit the ODI billing sytem will automatically charge you an additional fee per gig of space.
