Total Time: While the maintenance window is set for 4 hours from September 12, 2013 07:00a - 11:00a UTC, we expect the disruption to last less than 60 minutes.
Summary:
Network Engineers, working in tandem with our hardware vendor, have identified an issue on our network routers which provide connectivity for your Cloud Server(s). To prevent an unplanned outage resulting in significant downtime in the future, Engineers will be performing firmware upgrades during this scheduled maintenance window. During this maintenance, your Cloud Server will experience a disruption in all services for the duration of the maintenance.
