We are contacting you regarding maintenance taking place Tuesday morning which will impact our cloud network, resulting in a period of outage for accounts in Singapore, Seattle, and Washington DC

This maintenance is required to provide patches and updates, addressing recent advisory notices for the Xen virtualization technology used in our Cloud Network. Xen is commonly used in cloud and virtual machine hosting, and a number of our competitors have or will be carrying out similar updates. In addition, we will take this opportunity to update our orchestration platform, to fix other minor issues and provide additional service improvements.

Maintenance will begin at the following times for each time zone:

Maintenance for Seattle will begin at 1am Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) and be completed by 4am PDT on the 31st of March.

Maintenance for Washington DC will begin at 4am Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and be completed by 7am EDT on the 31st of March.

Maintenance for Singapore will begin at 5am Greenwich Mean Time +8 (GMT+8) and be completed by 8am GMT+8 on the 31st of March.

During this time, your service will be offline. You will not be able to access the server.

We apologize for the short notice, but hope you understand that this is an important security update. We will try to keep the downtime of your service to a minimum. Should you have any concerns, please contact our support team.

Kind Regards,

ODITech Support
